What people usually ask before they start.

Can I use CatatJadwal on my phone?

Yes. CatatJadwal runs in your phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app, so bookings, payments, and expenses can be logged on location.

How do clients pay the deposit?

You send an invoice link over WhatsApp. The client opens it, sees the details and your bank account or QRIS, and uploads a transfer screenshot. You check it before it is recorded as a payment.

Can team members see their own schedule?

Yes. Every team member gets a personal calendar link they can add to the calendar app on their phone, showing the bookings assigned to them.

What happens to my data if my plan is downgraded or expires?

Nothing is deleted. Services, add-ons, and team members above the plan's quota are hidden, and they come back when you move to a larger plan again.

How do I activate a plan?

Choose a plan and one of its billing periods, then pay from the Subscription & Billing page. The plan is active once the payment is verified.
